- 20 chicken wings
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cayenne
- ½ tsp of salt
- 150g flour
- 100g butter
- 100g Louisiana hot sauce
- Couple of pinches each of ground black pepper and garlic powder
- Place the chicken wings into a large freezer bag with the dry ingredients. Shake until the wings are well coated. Remove from bag and fry at 190°C for 10/15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and then add the hot sauce, pepper and garlic. Stir until it is well combined, then smother your wings with the sauce.
- Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks – the classic American accompaniment for Buffalo Wings.
